Nor was I advised that my 2-day delivery, which turned into 6 days, would be handled Black Cat after Customs. The local office was little help in trying to explain the delay. After I placed a request for refund with the store, I was told I'd hear from UPS, not them. Wrong again, according to UPS Corporate. I like UPS, just not this store.By Joe Sellers, January 20, 2017
